COVID-19 UPDATE

We want to thank you for your ongoing support and loyalty during this difficult time.

At John Partridge we are following government guidelines closely to ensure our workforce and customers stay safe. As we continue to monitor the situation daily we want to update you on how we are currently operating at John Partridge during the Covid-19 pandemic.

  • Our John Partridge store is now fully closed until further notice.

  • Our online store www.johnpartridge.com is fully operating and we are working with our couriers to ensure all parcels are sent out as efficiently as possible.

  • We have extended our returns policy to 60 days from receiving your order. 
  • Our team are working from home and we ask that any customer enquiries are made via email to sales@johnpartridge.com

  • We are strictly following social distancing guidelines within our warehouse by reducing staff working on site and ensuring that orders being sent out are handled using disposable gloves.

Whilst deliveries are running as usual please be aware that in some case there may be delays due to courier services. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
