For Christmas Delivery

UK 
Our last date for UK deliveries before Christmas is Friday 16th December 2022.
If you wish to receive your order before 25th December, all orders must be placed by midday on the 16th Dec 22 to allow us time to fulfil your order.*

European & Rest Of World 
Our last date for European delivery is Thursday 1^st December 2022. Orders placed after this date will still be processed and sent out, but we recommend you order by 1^st December.*

After Christmas Delivery
As a small independent brand, we feel it is important for everyone, including all of our team to enjoy the holiday season. This is why our head offices close for a short period over Christmas.
All orders between the afternoon of 23/12/22 - 05/01/23 may take a little longer to be shipped out to you and whilst we will endeavour to fulfil all orders as soon as possible, please not they may not be shipped out until 05/01/23. Thank you for your understanding.

COVID Impact

Due to COVID-19, many couriers are experiencing delays due to staff illness and/or mandatory isolation periods. Everyone is working as hard as possible to ensure that parcels are delivered in a timely manner over this festive period and we appreciate your patience. Due to a surge in demand, combined with reduced flights and staff, as well as new regulations imposed regarding handling of goods, international packages in particular are seeing a slight delay in delivery times.

Brexit Impact

Due to Brexit, our European customers are facing unknown customs duties upon delivery, as well as increased handling times by Customs. Unfortunately the uncertainty of the situation is very frustrating for both us and our customers, and we hope that you appreciate we are doing our very best in a difficult and unknown situation.

All standard shipping times will resume fully on the 05/01/23.
