Christmas Delivery and Shipping Dates 2019/2020
For Christmas Delivery
Our last date for UK deliveries before Christmas is Friday 20th December.
If you wish to receive your order before 25th December, all orders must be placed by 12.00pm on the 20th Dec to allow us time to fulfil your order.* All orders placed after the 20th December will resume postage on the 6th January.
EU & Rest Of World
Our last date for European delivery is Friday 13th December. Orders placed before the 20th December will still be processed and sent out, but we recommend you order by 13th December to ensure for Christmas delivery.
After Christmas Delivery
As a small independent brand, we feel it is important for everyone, including all of our team to enjoy the holiday season. This is why our head offices close for a short period over Christmas.
All orders between 20/12/19 - 06/01/20 may take a little longer to be shipped out to you and whilst we will endeavour to fulfil all orders as soon as possible, please not they may not be shipped out until 6/01/20. Thank you for your understanding.
All delivery dates provided are advised by our courier and what we recommend. We cannot guarantee these dates.
All standard shipping times will resume on the 6/01/20.

Standard Delivery and Shipping Costs
For Standard UK delivery we charge £5.00 for the delivery of your purchase.
For UK orders please allow 3-5 working days.
We do promotions for 'Free UK Delivery' so please look out for this across our website and Social Media. Sign up to our newsletter for updates!
For Standard EU delivery we charge £20.00 for the delivery of your purchase.
For EU orders please allow 5-7 working days.
REST OF WORLD (excluding USA)
For the rest of the world we charge £35.00 for the delivery of your purchase.
For Rest of World orders please allow 5-10 working days
All risk in the items you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the items) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
You will only own the items once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment for them in full. Until that time we will retain title to the items.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery note will be left inviting you to contact the courier directly in order to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time. If you are not in when a second delivery attempt is made, another note will be left asking you to call to arrange a convenient time for delivery. If you are not in when a third attempt is made, the parcel will be returned to the courier's warehouse and you will be contacted. We will refund you for the value of the items ordered but not for the delivery charge.
If after five working days following notification of the tracking number, you have not received the parcel or a delivery note, you must contact our Customer Service team on firstname.lastname@example.org If the parcel is found, it will be sent to you immediately. In the event that the parcel has been lost, we will refund the total amount of the order including delivery costs.
Naturally we hope you are completely satisfied with your John Partridge purchase, however if for any reason you do need to return it, please take the following steps:
To return an order either for a refund or an exchange, please complete the returns form which is placed inside your parcel. If you no longer have the returns form, please ensure you have given us a copy of your name and order number with your returned parcel along with the reason for the return, if you wish to exchange the item please let us know what you require.
Unfortunately, we do not cover the costs of returns, so please liaise with a convenient courier to arrange the return. It is in your best interest to post the return on a 'signed for' delivery to make sure the parcel arrives with us safely. It can take upto 7 working days (21 working days for international returns) to receive a delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Any used, worn, damaged products or those with sales tags removed will NOT be eligible for refund/exchange or refund of postage.
As soon as we have received and progressed your return, we will send you a confirmation email and either replace or refund your purchase.
In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect in an item, the Customer is entitled to a replacement or a refund - including postage. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to us before the replacement can be issued.
