Partridge Pantry | How To Make The Perfect Picnic
Many of us have been enjoying the beautiful outdoors and appreciating what's on our doorstep that little bit more recently. But in-between all the walking and exploring a well deserved treat is called for. So what better way to enjoy the outdoors than with a picnic! (even if it's in your own garden)
But this time we are putting aside the jam sandwiches and shop bought cakes to make something extra special.
Here are a few recipes and ideas that we have discovered that really show how to make the perfect picnic...
1. Shaun Rankin’s Smoked Salmon Terrine
Shaun Rankin is a British chef, restaurateur, and television personality. He has been awarded one Michelin star in 2005 and currently runs Ormer Mayfair in London.
